According the  NY Times August 9, 2008 Kingman, AZ. is poised to become the freshest face in the Sun Belt's growth spurt.  Kingman is located 33 miles from the Laughlin, NV casinos, the Colorado River, and Lake Mohave.  It is 79 miles from Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the new Hoover Dam by-pass coming out of the Boulder City, Henderson, and Las Vegas areas.  Major developers based in Nevada have won approval to build communities in the Kingman area and the completion of the Hoover Dam by-pass will shorten the drive into the Vegas area significantly.  If you have anyone interested in residential, commercial, or vacant land in the Mohave County area please contact me.  I always have time for your referrals.  Looking forward to hearing from you.
